Telemarketer – P/T during normal business hours

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
•Candidate will exercise outstanding judgment in the execution of tasks that are delegate, know when
to escalate an issue to management and when to handle it on their own.
•Cultivate current database of business prospects. Qualify, set and confirm appointments.
•Develop an understanding of the marketplace and our products and services.
•Maintain database of job-related activity.
•Goal of all activity is to make face-to-face appointments for salespeople.
•Learn training materials and scripts
This position requires the following minimum qualifications:
•Three (3) plus years proven sales experience in group insurance plan design and/or benefit
administration
•Previous experience identifying and qualifying new business leads
•Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting client relationships, with understanding of client issues
•Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible team player
•Adapt to varying work loads and task requirements under tight deadlines
•Excellent interpersonal, creative, reasoning and negotiating skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer proficiency in CRM and Microsoft
Office applications
